HOW TO ENTER THE MUSEUM
Online booking of the MArTA Museum entrance ticket is not mandatory but only recommended.
Admission tickets can be purchased directly at the Museum, by ATM or Credit Card (cannot be purchased in cash), and online at shopmuseomarta.it
In the case of purchasing tickets for several visitors, it is recommended to make a single reservation transaction for all participants in the visit,
to ensure entry in the same time slot.

NOTICE
We inform kind visitors that according to the new provisions to overcome the COVID-19 countermeasures, dictated by the ordinance of the Minister of Health of the 28 April 2022: from 1 May 2022, there is no longer obligation to wear respiratory protection devices for visitors and users of the museum activities. However, it is considered appropriate to recommend its use.

Any entitlement to free or reduced entrance, including agreements with affiliated organisations and tickets for special events, must be shown to the cash desk at the moment of entry to the Museum.

ATTENTION
In the event of the customer changing their mind or making a mistaken purchase, the price of the ticket will not be reimbursed. In addition, no reimbursement is given for tickets that are purchased but not collected. Once confirmed, reservations cannot be modified.

* In order to obtain the above-mentioned discount, on arrival at the ticket office the visitor must present documentary proof that they are listed on the register of Italians resident abroad, for example their ‘AIRE’ certificate of registration, the identity card issued to AIRE members, or their passport confirming residence abroad.
In lieu of such certification, a self-declaration can be presented (see the attached model).
